Personal Computer training for healthcare professionals.

The Challenge

What makes HealthCare different?

Healthcare is unlike all other endeavors. Each discipline within healthcare has its own terminology, values, and language. Effective PC training must incorporate discipline-specific terminology and practice-based exercises in order to be useful and relevant.

The Training Challenge

Many healthcare organizations are not satisfied with their PC training efforts. Participants frequently do not master technical skills which translate into measurable productivity improvements. Frequently, trainers are not sufficiently familiar with the actual working environment of the participants in order to present meaningful exercises and examples. Far too often, there are significant language or communication gaps between trainers and participants. All of these factors contribute to disappointing results.
